Petition to Abolish the Government of the USA

The petition I posted in draft form a couple of weeks ago is now available for signing. Here’s the text:
To: All those currently exercising positions of responsibility in the Government of the United States of America, whether elected or appointed, and whether at the federal, state, or local level
Whereas the United States Government’s claim to legitimacy is purportedly based on such principles as the consent of the governed, human equality, and the inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; and
Whereas few if any of those over whom you claim authority have ever consented to such governance; and
Whereas governments, as claimants to such authority over others, are by their nature inconsistent with human equality; and
Whereas your laws, ordinances, decrees, and policies generally stand in violation, directly or indirectly, of the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness;
We, the undersigned, hereby demand:
That you cease to claim to be acting in our name or as our agents; and
That you cease all attempts to exercise authority over your fellow human beings, on this continent or elsewhere; and
That you work to dismantle the institution or set of institutions known as the Government of the United States of America, in every branch and at every level, as speedily as possible; and
That you make no attempt to interfere with its replacement by voluntary associations of free and equal individuals.

Government is ILLEGAL:
The “rule of law” is a precisely defined law. It is the highest law of mankind, stated below:
“the suppression of forceful and fraudulent methods of goal seeking”
“all are treated equally by the law”. This means ALL, including king and judges
“absolute property rights”
This in turn is based on the fact that human behavior (the topic of law) is about goal seeking. In the seeking of any goal, there are only three possible methods: force, fraud and honest trade. Any transaction that is not an honest, mutually agreed trade will cause a self-defensive response (conflict) from the victim whose survival has been affected.
“The Rule of Law” is the glue that keeps all of mankind acting together in common interest, tied together by mutual dependence of trade, on an evolutionary path to excellence. Force and fraud creates conflict and destroys civilizations. Mankind is now on a devolutionary path to extinction because the co-operation once forced by “the rule of law” has been replaced by legitimizing force and fraud for those who incorrectly believe they wield power.

From the comments of some of the signatories, it appears several want a “do over” like a reprise of the Articles of Confederation, the “sacred Constitution”, or even “God’s commandments only” and yet other supposed anarchists want to “vote Ron Paul!” (presumably one of the wise (older) citizens that should be “allowed” to lead). Either they didn’t read the petition or they didn’t understand “dismantling the institutions” and “replacing them with voluntary associations.”

as a wise old sage over 2,000 years ago said: since the earth herself supplies all resources freely for protection from storm & tempest, there is but little a government can do! and he also said: once humanity was organized to perfection[it was a communion], then government learnt to meddle in peoples affairs. who said these things? lao tzu!
