The example seemed a bit strange… wouldn’t a “true” libertarian advocate overthrowing the teacher’s oppression and privatizing the milk?

The milk was already privatized, just like California electricity was privatized. Sure you can pay for it, and get it, but the distribution will be at the behest of a state agent.
