So why do you refer to yourself as “we”?
I have an intestinal parasite.
Why “Rue Voltaire Press”?
Partly in honour of François-Marie Arouet de Voltaire,
and partly in honour of Voltaire Street in San Diego.
Why Voltaire Street in San Diego? Are you located there?
We wish.
You’re an anarchist; so why not “Rue Voltairine Press”?
I do libertarian and anarchist publishing through the Molinari Institute;
Rue Voltaire Press will be mainly for nonpolitical stuff.
Do you endorse all the used books you sell?
Sweet Zeus, no! We don’t even endorse all the books we’ll print.
What kind of books will you publish?
Primarily classics in the public domain; any original editorial material
will be released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License.
So you’re opposed to copyright?
Écrasez l’infâme.
What’s with the logo?
It’s our initials, RVP:
It also looks a bit like an origami bird.
Who designed it?
See our list of staff members above.
Will you have more info up later?
We certainly hope so.
