The sole object and only legitimate end of government
is to protect the citizen in the enjoyment of life,
liberty, and property, and when the government assumes
other functions, it is usurpation and oppression.

Libertarian Party of Alabama, REGION 3
Roderick T. Long, Regional Representative

Hi! I’m this year’s LPA rep for REGION 3 (the Selma-Montgomery-Auburn tier, comprising Autauga, Bullock, Butler, Chambers, Chilton, Choctaw, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Russell, Sumter, Tallapoosa, and Wilcox counties).

If you’re a resident of this area (or even if you’re not) and are interested in getting involved in local Libertarian activities, please contact me (see below); also, please consider joining the LPA Region 3 Discussion Group for chat, info exchange, and activities coordination.

My first project will be to revive the Auburn Libertarian Supper Club; we’ll be hashing out where and when on the discussion list.
